by Kathy: Everyone LOVEs this pie. I can take it anywhere
and it is always eaten up and no one even realizes that it's
sugar free. Right now strawberries are in season and affordable.
In the off season and especially the winter, I buy the frozen
strawberries....... Enjoy.

by Betty: Everyone always looks forward
to these cookies at my house & usually when Trina's birthday date
roles around I will make a big double batch and pass them around to family.
My husband also likes to take them to work & pass them to his co-workers
. When I get calls during the day telling me how good they were I feel
I have secretly accomplished the satisfaction of honoring her birthday
successfully.
