YUMMY DIP FOR CRACKERS AND BREADSTICKS
| 1 cup |
Whipped Phillly cream chees |
| 1/4 cup |
Sour cream |
| 1/4 cup |
Feta cheese, crumbled |
| 1/4 cup |
Mexican 4-cheese blend (comes shredded) |
Mix all ingredients by hand till thoroughly mixed. Serve with favorite
crackers or bread sticks. Pepperidge Farms makes a sinfully delicious
sesame bread stick that I love.

DIP FOR RAW VEGGIES

Hidden Valley Ranch dressing |
| 1 1/2 cups |
Sour Cream |

| 1/4 cup |
Cooked Spinach, pressed and drained |
Simply mix, refrigerate till chilled, and serve with favorite raw
veggies or chips. Yummy.

SEVEN LAYER DIP
| 1 16 oz. |
Can refried beans |
| 1 3 oz |
Can chopped chiles |
| 1 |
Large ripe avocado |
| 1 T |
Chopped green onions |
| 2 tsp |
Lemon juice |
| 1/4 tsp |
Salt |
| 1/2 cup |
Sour cream |
| 1/2 cup |
Hot taco sauce |
| 1 1/2 cup |
Grated cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 cup |
Chopped ripe olives |
| 1 |
Chopped tomatoes |
Combine beans with chiles and spread on round 10 in platter to 1 in from
edge. Prepare guacamole by mashing avocado and combining with green onions,
lemon juice and salt. Spread guacamole over beans. Carefully spread source
cream over guacamole and top with taco sauce. Sprinkle evenly with cheese,
olives and tomato. Serve with tortilla chips.

AND SONNET'S SALSA
| 4 quarts |
Tomatoes, peeled, chopped and drained |
| 2 cups |
Chopped onions |
| 1 cup |
Chopped green peppers |
| 1 cup |
Chopped celery |
| 2 T |
Salt |
| 1 tsp |
Ground allspice |
| 1 tsp |
Ground cloves |
| 1 cup |
vinegar |
| 1/2 cup |
Sugar |
(Add hot peppers if desired). Simmer 20 min., process in water bath 30
min. These are all the directions I received from the lady who gave the
recipe to us. We strain it a little, can the salsa and then the leftover
juice
which is great for soups and stews.
