CAROL'S YUMMY DIP FOR CRACKERS AND BREADSTICKS

1 cup Whipped Phillly cream chees
1/4 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup Mexican 4-cheese blend (comes shredded)

Mix all ingredients by hand till thoroughly mixed. Serve with favorite crackers or bread sticks. Pepperidge Farms makes a sinfully delicious sesame bread stick that I love.

CAROL'S DIP FOR RAW VEGGIES

1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups Sour Cream
Optional:  
1/4 cup Cooked Spinach, pressed and drained

Simply mix, refrigerate till chilled, and serve with favorite raw veggies or chips. Yummy.

CURT'S SEVEN LAYER DIP

1 16 oz. Can refried beans
1 3 oz Can chopped chiles
1 Large ripe avocado
1 T Chopped green onions
2 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Hot taco sauce
1 1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Chopped ripe olives
1 Chopped tomatoes

Combine beans with chiles and spread on round 10 in platter to 1 in from edge. Prepare guacamole by mashing avocado and combining with green onions, lemon juice and salt. Spread guacamole over beans. Carefully spread source cream over guacamole and top with taco sauce. Sprinkle evenly with cheese,
olives and tomato. Serve with tortilla chips.

BARB AND SONNET'S SALSA

4 quarts Tomatoes, peeled, chopped and drained
2 cups Chopped onions
1 cup Chopped green peppers
1 cup Chopped celery
2 T Salt
1 tsp Ground allspice
1 tsp Ground cloves
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup Sugar

(Add hot peppers if desired). Simmer 20 min., process in water bath 30 min. These are all the directions I received from the lady who gave the recipe to us. We strain it a little, can the salsa and then the leftover juice
which is great for soups and stews.
